  • <H2> Andrew Scrace Associates B.Sc. (Hons), MA RCA, ARB Andrew Scrace joined Baca Architects in 2005 becoming an Associate in 2014 heading up the Baca Homes brand. Andrew is a registered Architect who trained at the Royal College of Art and The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. His previous experience includes high-end hotels, residential developments and most recently Andrew led a team to deliver a £13.8M new Academy in Hackney which included a substantial new build school and the sensitive refurbishment of a Grade II Listed former hospital. Andrew particularly enjoys designing bespoke residential projects and interiors.

  • <H2> Robert Barker Director BA (Hons), MA RCA, RIBA, ARB Robert is a Chartered Architect with over 15 years experience. Robert trained in architecture and interiors at the Royal College of Art. Robert has a keen interest in landscape architecture and one of his first completed projects was a landscape garden for an estate in Devon. Robert is a trained Eco-Homes Assessor and is familiar with the Code for Sustainable Homes. Robert has directed a number of award winning one-off projects both for the practice and in previous employment for leading architectural design firms. In the last 5 years Robert has been closely involved with a number of flood resilient design innovations and now lectures on the subject throughout the UK and abroad. Robert is also a member of the Ashford Design Review Panel and Southwark Design Review Panel.
  • <H2> Robert Pattison Associates BA (Hons), Dip, MArch, RIBA, ARB Robert Pattison has worked with Baca Architects since 2002 and runs the BacaNorth office. Robert has extensive knowledge of construction detailing and is a gifted design architect. He is passionate about sustainable design having worked on a code level 5 house and is also a qualified ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ assessor. At Baca, Robert is involved with a large range of projects including managing works on the UK’s first amphibious house which went on site in 2013. He played a key part in the design and completion of the award winning Oak House, commended for its green attributes and contribution to improving standards of home sustainability. Robert also has first hand experience in timber frame pre-fabricated construction, low energy building systems and integrated renewable design.

  • <H2> Radim Tkadlec Architect&Assistant BA (Hons), MArch (Ing. Arch) Radim received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the Czech Technical University in Prague. He entered the Baca fold after moving to London, having previously worked in Italy, Haiti and the Czech Republic. Radim is particularly interested in natural building materials and sustainable architecture and excels at 3D architectural illustration and sketching. He is currently working on the Serenity House and Sherwood Lodge projects.
  • <H2> Jeanmarie Royes ADMIN Jeanmarie has worked with Baca for 8 years. Jeanmarie has helped to co-ordinate the growth of the practice from its early establishment and now manages all accounts, book keeping and personnel.

  • <H2> Martina Chokova Architect&Assistant MArch Martina joined Baca in April 2016. She holds a Bachelor and Master degree of Theory and history of Architecture from the UACEG in Sofia. Martina has gained experience in sustainable architecture during her Erasmus studies in Hamburg and she has worked in several practices in Sofia, Vienna and Rome. Martina is an experienced designer and she is particularly interested in preservation and restoration of historical buildings and contemporary design in historical context.
  • <H2> Amy Dron Public Relations Amy Dron is a writer and PR with a keen interest in sustainability. She has worked across the spheres of media, events, television and fashion during her career, for companies including MTV, VH1, Identity PR and OpenLab.fm, and written for titles such as Design and Build Review, The Sunday Times and the Professional Publishers Association (PPA). One of her main objectives is to introduce Baca’s award-winning and pioneering work to a wider audience in order to aid in the development of sustainable buildings, infrastructure and materials. She has often found herself at home working with companies that are creative in nature, helping to bring in new business and promote them effectively.
  • <H2> Cristina Cazorla Architect Ba, March, ARB Cristina Cazorla trained as an architect at the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid, Spain. Working in London since 2012, her experience includes working on community and residential projects at different work stages. On her previous practice she was involved in the delivery of a high-end residential project in a Grade II* listed building in central London. Interested in residential and social architecture, Cristina enjoys problem solving and creating fine detailed buildings.
  • <H2> Patrick Carter Architect&Assistant BA (Hons), MArch (RIBA Part II) Patrick joined Baca after completing his Masters in Architecture at the University of Westminster, where his final year dissertation examined the climate change related challenges confronting the built environment (in particular flooding) and the role of architecture in dealing with these new demands. His research into flood-resistant architecture introduced him to the publications and projects by Baca. Patrick worked freelance in London and as a Part 1 in Nottingham after studying his degree at the University of Manchester.

Since 2012 she has worked in several architectural practices in Athens and has participated in a number of international competitions. Leda is particularly interested in sustainable architecture and experimental concept design.
  • <H2> Neil Sida-Murray Architect Neil is an experienced architect with 24 years in practice and proven skills handling large scale projects from stages B through to L with particular focus on concept design, construction information, and site coordination. He combines exceptional freehand 3D drawing skills with practical methodology to produce effective results that satisfy all parties' mutual requirements. Neil understands that any architectural project is judged by its build-ability, utility, elegance and rigorous control of ‘fit and finish’.
